When Watson asks how they got there, Sherlock credits his excellent agent, a jab at the Sherlock stars being cast in Star Trek and The Hobbit.

Beside him, Sherlock lounges in full Bilbo Baggins costume, bare hairy hobbit feet and a ring on a chain around his neck, and replies: "Elementary, dear Watson... I have an excellent agent."
