The Final Countdown

Panel 1. A gray robot at a computer beside a red robot says: "Ok, we're robots, so we can calculate down to the second to beat the rush for SDCC tickets when they go on sale at 8am." A girl robot with a bow and glasses replies: "They won't sell out that fast. I'm telling you." Panel 2. The gray robot explodes: "YOU DON'T KNOW ME!!!" The girl robot answers: "That's not even applicable in this conversation." Panel 3. The robots stare at the screen as the clock reads 7:59:59:59. Panel 4. At 8:00:00:00:001 the screen flashes SOLD OUT. The gray robot grits its teeth: "GAH!!!!" Panel 5. The girl robot sighs: "Sweetie, it looks like we'll be sneaking in as coffee machines this year again."
